Senior Tax Manager

| Oldsmar, FL 34677 Senior Tax Manager DiMarco & Associates CPAs is hiring an experienced, client-focused, and passionate CPA to join our team and bring out the artistry in tax strategy and compliance. Our Senior Tax Manager nurtures strong client relationships, designs and implements creative tax solutions and multiplies our clients’ efforts to grow their businesses and achieve their goals. You’ll focus primarily on client relationship management and engagement, tax strategy development, the review of complex tax returns, analysis of financial statements, representing clients to the IRS, performing tax research, and expanding the knowledge of teammates. The most important characteristics of our Senior Tax Manager are a passion for team and helping others, enhancing firm knowledge, the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workflow, and creative and efficient problem solving. This position requires a minimum of 55-hour work weeks for 10 weeks during tax season (Feb - Apr). You have: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting Masters of Science in Taxation preferred o • CPA license and 10+ years of tax and public accounting experience You’re good at: • Collaborating with colleagues • Organizing and prioritizing tasks • Patiently assisting others and finding solutions • Clearly explaining options and best path forward to both colleagues and clients • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) or QuickBooks Desktop Extra awesome: • Experience in M&A • Familiarity with CCH Axcess • Good taste in music ????
