SaaS Operations Lead

Leading the operational strategy for Regions Bank, the full-time remote Head of SaaS Operations will manage the go-live process, ensure service readiness, and establish a repeatable operating playbook while coordinating cross-functional teams to enhance customer trust and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Act as the primary operational owner and customer contact for Regions Bank, ensuring accountability and effective communication Lead the go-live and stabilization efforts, including conducting dress rehearsals and coordinating responses to critical issues Create and document an operating playbook to standardize processes and facilitate scaling across the Americas region Required qualifications Proven leadership experience in enterprise or banking technology operations, particularly during implementation and go-live phases Strong customer-facing judgment and ability to build trust in high-pressure situations Experience in coordinating incident response and operational risk management across multiple teams Understanding of SaaS, application, and infrastructure to effectively engage technical specialists Experience in developing operational standards or playbooks for scaling across customers or regions
