About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP, Omnichannel Strategy with a strong background in pharmaceutical agency experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive omnichannel strategy that creates seamless, personalized experiences for healthcare professionals, patients, and other key stakeholders. This role involves leading a high-performing team, serving as a thought leader in the digital landscape, and ensuring that all strategies are in compliance with industry regulations. The SVP will also be tasked with customer journey mapping, persona development, and audience segmentation to optimize strategies across various touchpoints, including social media and influencer marketing. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in omnichannel strategy within a pharmaceutical agency setting, with a proven track record in senior leadership and team mentorship. Deep expertise in omnichannel marketing principles and a strong understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape in the pharmaceutical industry are essential. The role requires the ability to translate complex data into innovative strategies, exceptional communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience in pharmaceutical launch and a background in engaging both HCP and patient audiences are highly valued.
