What You'll Do

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients, utilizing your assessment and clinical skills
• Use the nursing process effectively to develop and implement patient care plans
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Manage and prioritize multiple patient needs in a fast-paced environment
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
• Adapt care strategies to meet the diverse needs of emergency department patients

What You Need

Required:

• Current Louisiana RN license
• BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
• At least 2 years of emergency room nursing experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Additional clinical specialty or certification
