What You'll Learn
Communication and relationship building by phone, text, email, video, and chat
CRM management and digital customer engagement
The full vehicle-buying process, including inventory, specials, and financing
Business development and appointment setting
Customer experience excellence

What You'll Do
Respond to internet leads, calls, and chats with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
Build rapport and trust by sharing information on inventory, specials, and financing
Set qualified appointments for sales teams across Graff Auto Campus
Log every interaction in the CRM and follow up consistently
Partner with store managers to improve the customer experience
Guide customers through the purchasing process
What You Bring
Strong written and verbal communication
High energy and a positive, customer-first attitude
Comfort with technology, CRM systems, and digital communication
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
No automotive experience? No problem. BDC, call center, or automotive experience is a plus, but we hire for attitude, work ethic, and coachability, and we'll train the right person.
