About the Role


We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support demand generation and integrated marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns to drive lead acquisition, lead nurturing, and conversion.
• Manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Demandbase, Google Ads , and other paid media channels.
• Create and deploy marketing assets including social media content, digital advertisements, email campaigns, landing pages, presentations, and print materials based on approved messaging and brand guidelines.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, engagement, ROI, and pipeline impact.
• Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate campaign activities across multiple channels and teams.
• Coordinate logistics and execution for trade shows, conferences, corporate events, and meetings, including vendor management, shipping, promotional materials, presentations, and giveaways.
• Monitor marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing programs and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business , or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, campaign management, or integrated marketing.
• Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics platforms such as Demandbase, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads , and Salesforce Marketing Cloud .
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data and making data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing marketing copy for digital and print channels.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator .
• Experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns and event marketing initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
