Job Responsibilities Prepare hot and cold foods that meet the hotel’s high standards. Maintain in‑depth knowledge of food products, sanitation standards, and culinary techniques to execute dishes at the highest level. Fulfill guest orders in a timely manner with skillful attention to detail. Work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining professionalism. Deliver on guests’ expectations and create memorable experiences. Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the normal scope of duties based on business needs. Qualifications Passionate about creating dishes and storytelling with food. Passionate about providing exceptional guest service and creating memorable moments. Open to learning, developing, and growing personally and helping others do the same. Trustworthy and possess integrity. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Ability to collaborate in a team environment. Minimum one year of experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel environment (a plus). Luxury hotel experience is a plus. Ability to stand and maintain mobility for extended periods during scheduled shifts. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods. Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi‑regular basis. Tasks performed indoors; ability to work in extreme temperatures (freezers at -10°F and kitchens at +110°F). Compensation Base pay: $18 per hour. Pay scale reflects the base hourly wage and does not include incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, or similar forms of compensation that Montage may reasonably expect to pay for the position.
