Candidates must be highly organized, capable of managing high call volumes, and proficient in scheduling multiple technicians. Previous experience in HVAC dispatching or a related trade is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Manage inbound customer service inquiries and service requests. Coordinate technician scheduling and dispatching. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Actively request and promote recommendation quotes and reviews from satisfied customers.
