A well respected Charleston litigation law firm is seeking a workers' compensation paralegal to join their busy practice.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Well versed in all aspects of Worker's Compensation and litigation.
- Family law experience is a HUGE plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word
- Previous experience with case management software
- Professional demeanor and appearance required
- Daily contact with clients
- Handle case load of 60+ cases
- Draft legal correspondence
- Collect medical records & bills
- Set up IME's
- Draft Briefs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent computer skills
- 3+ years of SC workers' compensation case management experience
- Able to handle disruptions in your day and re-focus
- Able to meet deadlines
- Work closely as a team with peer paralegals
- Case management software required
