Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions to assist stable, low-acuity adults in navigating their mental health challenges.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' physical, mental, and emotional states, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Develop and enact individualized treatment plans focused on solution-based therapy, adjusting as necessary based on client progress.

• Regularly monitor and manage client progress through open communication and feedback, fostering a therapeutic alliance and trust.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current licensure from the state board is mandatory, with acceptable licenses being LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD .

• Please note that only fully licensed candidates will be considered; no limited or provisional licenses.

Compensation and Benefits\n
