As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property areas, including building perimeters, lobbies, corridors, parking areas, loading docks, and common spaces, as assigned. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report unauthorized access concerns or unusual conditions. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed. Document patrol activities, incidents, maintenance concerns, and security-related observations accurately and communicate relevant information to supervisors and property representatives. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
