Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments via video calls to identify clients' needs and establish detailed, individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide counseling services in various formats, including individual therapy, group sessions, and family therapy.

• Coordinate closely with other health professionals, such as case managers and psychiatrists, to provide comprehensive and integrated care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, applying your clinical expertise to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support.

Qualifications\n

• Current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated proficiency in forming positive therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, utilizing effective communication skills.

• Exhibit cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by various groups, enabling you to provide tailored care for all clients.

• Strong organization and time-management abilities, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to ethical and professional standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience in providing therapy, ideally in a community mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
