Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while impacting lives positively. The use of telehealth technology allows for convenient access for patients and enables effective therapeutic engagement in a virtual setting. We believe in fostering a collaborative environment, even remotely, where open communication and teamwork are central to our practice. Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using solution-focused interventions, and design personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidenced-based practices to facilitate client healing and growth.
\n
• Document and maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects the therapeutic process and outcomes.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to optimize client care and share insights regarding treatment progress.
\n
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews to continually improve the quality of care offered to our clients.
\n
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources in the community.

• Stay current on mental health best practices and continually enhance your knowledge and skills in therapeutic interventions and methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania is essential.

• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions, with the ability to customize therapeutic techniques to suit individual client needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
