Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse histories, ensuring a customized approach to each client's unique situation.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address both addiction issues and underlying mental health concerns, fostering a comprehensive recovery experience.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to promote healing.

• Collaborate with other treatment team members—including peer support specialists, nurses, and social workers—to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their families about the recovery process, providing tools and strategies to enhance family involvement and support.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records in accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance and ethical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients struggling with substance use disorders, many of whom also face co-occurring mental health disorders, such as anxiety or depression. You will work with a diverse clientele, requiring sensitivity to various backgrounds and an understanding of the complexities surrounding addiction, treatment resistance, and personal recovery journeys. Your therapeutic interventions will play a key role in improving client outcomes and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
