Account Executive / Accounting & Finance Executive Search and Interim Resources High-Growth Opportunity | Industry-Leading Commissions

We are assisting a premier staffing firm who is expanding their footprint in the Accounting & Finance sector. With three specialized verticals—Government Services, Non-Profit, and Commercial—they provide the niche expertise and deep recruiting support needed to dominate the market.

We are seeking a seasoned "Hunter" to join their team in Vienna, VA. This role is designed for a top-tier producer who wants the freedom to sell across any geography and the financial rewards that come with a superior payout structure.

Compensation & Rewards

• Base Salary: Competitive and Commensurate with Experience (DOE).

• Flexibility: Standard hybrid schedule (3-4 days in-office). However, for proven "heavy hitters" with a consistent track record of high billings, we offer fully remote arrangements.

• Commission Structure: 40% – 50% payouts.

  • Example: A $600k GP producer earns $275K

The Role

• Business Development: Act as the primary engine for new client acquisition, focusing on government contractors and mid-to-upper level A&F roles.

• Strategic Autonomy: We are industry-agnostic with no geographic limitations. You have the autonomy to sell both Direct Hire and Contract solutions.

• Growth: Join a high-energy team

• Desk Style: Efficiently operate a 40% Split Desk model.

What We’re Looking For

• The "Heavy Hitter" Profile: Ideally currently billing between $800K and $1.3M in GP

• Hunter Mentality: You thrive on the "thrill of the hunt" and prefer a fast-paced sales cycle over long-term account farming.

• Industry Expertise: Experience in Accounting & Finance staffing is highly preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree required. An Accounting Degree preferred.

• Network: Ability to leverage existing relationships within the Government Services or Non-Profit sectors is a significant advantage.
