Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What we’re seeking:

• Active credentials and licensure for speech-language pathology
• Previous experience supervising SLPAs in an educational environment
• Comfort working with elementary-aged children (K-5)
• Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
• Passion for supporting diverse student populations

Daily responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations and delivering evidence-based therapy to elementary students
• Overseeing, mentoring, and guiding SLPAs
• Creating tailored intervention plans matching individual student needs
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families for comprehensive support
• Maintaining compliance and timely documentation
• Building strong relationships to enhance language development and student confidence
