Inside Sales Representative, Commercial

• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities in the New York/New Jersey territory through outbound calls, emails, and qualified-lead follow-ups
• Work with Veeam partners and resellers by arranging joint calls, coordinating sales activities, and supporting deal closure
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline by tracking activities and opportunities in Salesforce.com
• Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
• Expand Veeam's presence by targeting new accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and leveraging partner networks
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Stay current on Veeam's product portfolio and industry trends
• Share product and industry knowledge with customers and partners
• Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to inform product development and sales strategies

Requirements At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with high-tech products/services, especially in Commercial or SLED sectors Strong preference for direct channel sales experience Proven ability to coordinate sales processes across channel, engineering, marketing, and field teams Skilled at building and maintaining positive relationships with diverse individuals Knowledge of the virtualization industry Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel and Outlook Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with electronic correspondence and business research Passion for technology and industry innovation Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience and education will be considered Ability to work a hybrid schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days remote Ability to travel, possibly up to 25% or more Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in B2B sales, particularly in high-tech products and the virtualization industry, while effectively utilizing Salesforce.com for pipeline management and reporting.
