Call Center/ Business Development Representative

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Call Center Representative/Business Development Representative. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at Napleton’s Call Center in Arlington Heights, the BDC Representative is responsible for handling internet inquiries and phone leads (NO COLD CALLS,) to generate appointments for the dealership service departments. Knowledgeable to call center environment-NO COLD CALLS! Automotive experience is helpful but not required. Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments.
