Job Details Lead field operations for pharmaceutical and life sciences construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and GMP compliance. Supervise multidisciplinary construction activities including cleanroom HVAC systems, process piping, sanitary piping, and industrial electrical installations. Coordinate subcontractors, craft labor, inspections, material deliveries, and commissioning activities to ensure successful project execution. Manage daily reporting, manpower tracking, documentation, and turnover processes while maintaining strict regulatory and operational standards. Requirements 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences construction, preferably in a Superintendent or Lead Foreman role. Strong knowledge of GMP-regulated environments and construction practices within active or validated facilities. Proven experience overseeing mechanical/HVAC, process piping, sanitary piping, and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, P&IDs, specifications, and technical documentation. OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain), along with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Interested in hearing more?
