Job Title: IT Tech Support Location:Chandler, AZ; Addison, TX; Hopewell, NJ Work Arrangement: Hybrid Client Industry: Enterprise BFSI client Duration: 12+ Months Contract Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard working hours About the Role This is a First Line IT Support / Service Desk role focused on providing technical assistance to internal employees through phone and chat in a 24/7 global service desk environment . The role involves basic troubleshooting of Windows 10/11, MS Office/Office 365, SharePoint, Citrix, VPN, and Cisco AnyConnect , while maintaining excellent customer service and meeting call/chat performance targets. Candidates should have 1-3 years of IT support or customer service experience , strong communication and multitasking skills, and the ability to document and **escalate** unresolved issues to 2nd-line support teams. Qualification - Please read carefully All Recent Graduate, Fresher, Recent college pass out, Trainees/interns, Pursuing to be completed education/bachelors soon, are welcomed. Someone worked for less than or almost 3 or more years and are about to complete their current project or completed the project are also requested to apply if interested! Compensation Hourly Rate: $23 - $24 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
