LAUSD Associate Scheduler

This is an on-site, long term job. You must be located in Southern California. NO relocation funds, and NO per diem.

Salary Range: $148K - $166K

Minimum Requirements
Required Experience:

• Three (3) years full time paid professional experience responsible in Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably on multiple educational facilities or public works projects or scheduling for various projects in a program

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office Suite
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, drawings and contract specifications to earn insight into the required scope of work for multiple school construction projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff
• Superior organizational and planning skills

Required Education:

• Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, construction engineering or any related field.

Compensation:
The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors such as individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
