Position Overview

Classical Aerobics Therapy Gym is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our rehabilitation center located in Keansburg, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Directing and implementing physical therapy treatments aimed at preventing disabilities, alleviating pain, enhancing muscle function, and restoring mobility based on each client's unique care plan.
• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of clients' physical abilities through diagnostic tests and assessments to determine tailored treatment strategies.
• Overseeing and mentoring Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in executing care plans and ensuring continuity of care is maintained.
• Developing and modifying individualized treatment plans in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team, prioritizing client well-being and rehabilitation progress.
• Administering therapeutic exercises and modalities, including manual therapy, traction, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Monitoring and documenting client progress, making real-time updates to care strategies as needed, and effectively communicating with physicians regarding patient status.
• Instructing clients and their families on therapeutic protocols and the proper use of assistive devices, empowering them to participate actively in their rehabilitation journey.
• Contributing to clinical documentation, including initial evaluations, care plans, and discharge summaries to maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certifications to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
• A commitment to continuing education and staying updated on the latest industry advancements.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of one year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist is required, preference will be given to candidates with experience in outpatient settings, particularly within rehabilitation facilities. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and evidence-based practice methodologies will also be advantageous, enhancing your ability to provide quality care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive salary of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level.
