Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, and educational training, to promote optimal recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment processes, self-care strategies, and home exercise regimens to empower their ongoing recovery efforts.
• Engage in regular communication with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure cohesive treatment and optimal outcomes.
• Stay current with the latest physical therapy practices through continuing education and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will primarily work with patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Preferred Experience
