Our agency opened in 2004 and is a close-knit team of four backed by over 36 years of experience with State Farm. Before becoming an agent, I worked in auto claims at the corporate level, which helped shape a strong understanding of how to best support our customers. I’m a graduate of Rutgers University, married with two kids, and enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling.
We stay actively involved in the community, especially supporting youth-focused initiatives like back-to-school drives, holiday events, and career day programs. For our team, we offer PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401(k), and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our office culture is energetic, fun, and team-oriented. We enjoy working together and regularly have office outings to stay connected. We’re looking for someone who is people-focused, brings great energy, and thrives as part of a collaborative team. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lisa Craddock - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
