What We’re Looking For Honda of Watertown is currently looking for a highly outgoing, energetic and dependable individual to join our team. The Automotive service coordinator primary responsibility will be to schedule a minimum number of service appointments on a daily basis and also assist with incoming phone calls when needed. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scheduling service appointments
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Knowledgeable about service related questions
- Working with CDK software efficiently
- Work closely and effectively with team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team
- Multitasking
- Have experience in automotive dealership (preferred, not required)
- Experience with scheduling efficiently
- Computer skills
- Bilingual is a plus (not required)
