Rula is seeking a Director of Organic Growth to lead the primary gateway to our ecosystem: our organic channels. You will architect a multi-year roadmap across organic search, AEO, and CRO, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Design to drive high-ROI initiatives. You will build and scale a high-performing team, manage P&L for growth initiatives, and codify a data-driven framework to measure AI-driven discovery and patient acquisition across consumer and provider segments. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rula
