Position Overview

As an In-Home Design Consultant, you will be the face of Rose Remodeling. You will meet with homeowners in their homes, understand their vision, assess their space, and guide them through design options that align with their needs, style, and budget.

You are not just selling a product—you are helping clients design a space they will use and enjoy every day.

• Conduct scheduled in-home consultations with prospective clients
  
• Evaluate existing bathrooms and gather project requirements
  
• Present custom design solutions for bathroom remodels
  
• Educate homeowners on materials, layouts, fixtures, and design options
  
• Build accurate project proposals and present pricing confidently
  
• Establish trust and rapport with clients through professional communication
  
• Follow up with customers to answer questions and move projects forward
  
• Collaborate with internal production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
  
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and project details
