Operation and Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking an Operations & Maintenance Engineer to support the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of critical water and wastewater systems. In this role, you will monitor system performance, lead maintenance activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive operational improvements to minimize downtime and improve productivity while supporting uninterrupted service for our customers.What You Will DoMonitor the operation of Ultrapure Water, Wastewater, and Reclamation systemsEnsure systems and equipment operate efficiently and meet established performance targetsAnalyze system performance data and recommend operational and maintenance improvementsCoordinate with engineering and operations teams to support uninterrupted production and servicePlan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activitiesPerform inspections, diagnostics, and oversee equipment repairsMaintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and technical documentationIdentify and resolve equipment faults and operational issues using root cause analysisImplement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of failuresSupport equipment upgrades, installations, commissioning, and process optimization initiativesRecommend cost-reduction and energy-saving opportunitiesPerform other duties as assigned by the Service Center ManagerPosition DetailsReports to: Boise Service Center ManagerTravel: Travel is required to and from client facilities in the Boise Metroplex.
