Client Human Resources Business Partner III In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills to solve critical business challenges and ensure client satisfaction. What You’ll Do Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex client issues, providing best practices and training on ADP solutions. Communicate and exceed client expectations by resolving issues promptly, managing priorities, and upholding ethical standards. Provide recommendations and educate both clients and internal stakeholders with best‑practice insights. To Succeed in This Role Required Qualifications 5‑8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems‑related organization. 5‑8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to deliver positive results. College degree not required; alternative pathways include relevant experience or military experience. Preferred Qualifications HR Certification or willingness to pursue one in the first year. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $57,100 – $116,100 per year. Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions.
