Your Role

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory analysescovering fields such as chemistry, hematology, immunology, among othersfollowing established guidelines.
• Ensure the precision of results through analysis, resolve discrepancies, and keep lab instruments in top-notch working condition with maintenance and calibration.
• Support in specimen collection and prepare samples for tests as needed.
• Document all procedures with care, train incoming staff or students, and help maintain high lab quality standards.
• Foster a clean and safe work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation specifications.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Essentials

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be attained within one year of employment.
• Maintain a current certification throughout your tenure.
