Description – What You'll Do

• Support specimen collection when necessary and prepare samples for comprehensive testing.
• Thoroughly document all lab procedures, mentor new team members, and uphold rigorous lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment, conforming to regulatory and accreditation norms.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification is required for the duration of employment.
