Description – What Awaits You

• Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory analyses—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—in accordance with established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, investigate discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and adequately prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new team members or interns, and uphold the highest lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within one year of hire.
• Must maintain active certification throughout employment.
