Kyocera International, Inc. is hiring a Sales Administrative support at our Plymouth, MI facility!
Pay Range - $20.00 to $26.00 per hour (Actual base pay based on factors such as relevant experience, education, market, qualifications, and skills.)

We're hiring a Sales Administrative Support Specialist to support our sales team and help keep operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll serve as a key connection between customers, sales, and production, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
What You'll Do:
- Enter and manage customer orders, quotes, cancellations, and scheduling in SAP
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, handling high-volume email communication and providing updates
- Coordinate with production, sales, and customers to ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Confirm pricing, assist with logistics scheduling, and help resolve order-related issues
- Review terms and conditions (with training) and follow through with internal teams and customers
- Provide professional, accurate customer service and support
- Perform additional administrative and support duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role within a technical or manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Must be eligible to work in an ITAR-regulated environment
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
