LHH is seeking an entry level Customer Service and Order Entry Coordinator for a client in Orange County.

This role is ideal for someone starting their career who enjoys working with customers and learning how orders move through a manufacturing environment

Key Responsibiliti

• esEnter and process customer orders received via EDI and email, confirming details with customer
• s.Communicate with customers by phone or email to answer questions, provide updates, and help resolve issue
• s.Work closely with Account Managers, Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure orders are completed on tim
• e.Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and issue resolutio
• n.Review inventory and order reports to flag issues and escalate when neede

• ns2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing preferred
• ).High School Diploma or GED require
• d.Basic Microsoft Office skill
• s.Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skill
