The Accountant will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. Responsibilities Monitoring accounts payable and receivable Maintaining general ledgers Reconciling bank statements Assisting in budget preparation Preparing tax filings and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations Collaborating with team members on financial planning Qualifications Proficiency in accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting Experience in using accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks or similar programs Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and financial forecasting Excellent organizational and time management abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field is required Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus Experience in real estate or property management accounting is beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr Top Tier Realty Las Vegas
