Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and effectively market suitable products and services.

Qualifications:

• Preferred sales experience in roles such as outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing
• Interest in promoting products and services that meet customer needs
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Passionate about the role of insurance and financial products in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their dreams
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving abilities
• Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to connect with customers on a personal level
• Bilingual candidates (especially Arabic) are encouraged to apply, though not required
• Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license
• Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour plus commissions-
