Requirements:

• Previous accounting, billing, accounts receivable, or accounts payable experience required
• Strong billing and invoice management experience required
• Experience processing payments and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records required
• Basic accounts payable experience, including invoice processing and vendor communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and data entry accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with account reconciliations and financial recordkeeping preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred

Job Duties:

• Generate, review, and distribute customer invoices and billing statements
• Process accounts receivable transactions, apply payments, and monitor outstanding balances
• Assist with accounts payable functions, including invoice entry, coding, reconciliations, and vendor communication
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account variances
• Reconcile daily cash activity, deposits, and financial records
• Maintain accurate customer, vendor, and financial records within company systems
• Support month-end closing activities and account reconciliations
• Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service and administrative support
• Prepare reports and assist with operational and financial documentation
• Maintain confidentiality of financial, personnel, and business records
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Support additional accounting, administrative, and office duties as assigned
