Learning & Development (L&D) Project Manager Job Summary – We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven L&D Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide learning initiatives with a strong focus on innovation, scale, and GenAI-enabled learning solutions. This role goes beyond traditional project management, partnering closely with business leaders, cross‑functional teams, and technology teams to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs that leverage data, automation, and generative AI. Location: Sunnyvale, CA. Years of experience needed – 10+ years of strong hands‑on project management experience, with 5+ years in L&D. Required Skills: Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level learning programs Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning solutions Hands‑on exposure to GenAI tools or AI‑driven learning platforms Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to quickly adapt to faster pace, shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem‑solving capabilities Responsibilities – Lead end‑to‑end project management for L&D initiatives, including onboarding, leadership development, compliance training, and upskilling programs Identify and implement GenAI use cases across the learning lifecycle (e.g., content creation, personalization, assessments, learning analytics, coaching bots) Partner with instructional design and tech teams to embed AI‑driven learning solutions responsibly and effectively Oversee pilot programs for GenAI‑enabled tools and scale successful solutions across the organization Ensure ethical, compliant, and secure use of AI in learning initiatives Expertise in creating L&D curriculum for internal teams Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Ensure learning programs meet quality standards and align with organizational learning strategy Manage communication with stakeholders, providing regular status updates and reports Oversee pilot programs, rollouts, and post‑launch evaluations Use data and feedback to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement Maintain project documentation and governance standards Behavioral Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to propose and implement improvements in the system Ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders Mphasis applies next‑generation technology to help enterprises transform businesses globally.
