Admin Assistant

contract and change order administration for Capital Improvement Projects and service vendors
• Invoice coding and monitoring in Nexus; approve NexusConnect vendor authorizations
• Backup support for Accounts Payable processing and long term admin absences
• Vendor setup in ServiceEdge
• Maintain and standardize property templates and SOPs
• Monitor and maintain platforms including Cove and Measurabl
• Create recurring maintenance and tenant service request reports
Required Skills & Experience Education & Experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a real estate or entrepreneurial environment
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and Outlook
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
