Transition Teacher, Special Education (18-21)
DPS
DPS is seeking a Special Education Transition Teacher to lead and manage a classroom for students in the Transition Program. You will focus on developing students’ transition goals in areas such as college and career readiness. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a valid Colorado teaching license, with a strong background in working with special needs students.
