Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health concerns, followed by the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including Google Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems, to facilitate smooth operations and communication.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, allowing for clear and effective interactions with clients and colleagues.

• Two or more years of experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
