We are seeking a motivated professional to manage pipeline generation across our Agency, Brand, and Public Affairs sectors. Key facts Location: DC Metro Area (OnSite) Engagement: FullTime Team: Sales What you'll do Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to build pipeline across three core verticals. Conduct deep research on target accounts to tailor outreach and increase engagement. Manage inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns and referrals by triaging leads quickly. Qualify potential clients against set standards before transitioning them to Account Executives. Create and refine standardized processes for lead handoffs and qualification criteria. Prepare briefing materials and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team. Nurture long-term prospects who are not yet ready for a sales conversation. Maintain data integrity within the CRM and track trends across different client types. Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to align messaging and outreach strategies. Requirements 2 to 4 years of professional experience, specifically in a business development or sales role. Background in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven capability to build and document new operational processes. Comfort navigating ambiguous tasks and evolving priorities. Nice to have Prior experience managing prospecting across multiple distinct industries. Background in documenting sales playbooks or standard operating procedures. Familiarity with the public affairs, political, or agency landscape.
