The role may also need to follow up with recruiters to clarify next steps or confirm candidate status. Key Responsibilities
- Review all submitted employee referrals to ensure alignment with minimum qualifications and job requirements
- Disposition referrals accurately and in a timely manner within the applicant tracking system (Eightfold)
- Communicate with recruiters for follow-ups, next steps, or for clarification
- Track and report on referral-related activity, metrics, and backlog progress
- Conduct basic follow-ups if additional information is required.
- Support continuous improvement of referral workflows and documentation as needed.
- Occasional support for TA programs (draft comms, training logistics, content updates, etc.)
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or a related HR function
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Eightfold, Workday preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage large volumes of data

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
What we're looking for
- Prior experience handling referrals or candidate screening (working with engineering/tech teams and candidates is a plus)
- Basic reporting experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data in systems Clear communication and collaboration skills
