Sales Manager

I'm hiring a Sales Manager to join an innovative medical technology company developing minimally invasive solutions for patients living with severe lung disease.

This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role with full commercial responsibility across Southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will introduce a differentiated interventional platform combining advanced procedure-planning technology, capital equipment and recurring procedural consumables.

The role will focus on identifying and opening new hospital accounts, securing physician commitment, negotiating pricing and supporting each centre through its initial procedures. You will work directly with physicians, OR teams and hospital stakeholders, delivering clinical training and helping accounts build the proficiency required to perform procedures independently.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A successful track record in medical-device sales or market development
• Experience selling into the OR or another procedure-led hospital environment
• Confidence supporting clinical cases and training physicians and hospital teams
• Strong German and English communication skills
