Ultrasound Technologist

We are seeking Ultrasound Technologists to provide diagnostic imaging services. This role requires delivering high-quality ultrasound exams for a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Key responsibilities include performing general ultrasound exams (e.g., thyroid, abdomen, pelvis, retroperitoneal, and transvaginal), breast ultrasound, and vascular Doppler imaging. You will process and document images in Oracle/Cerner EHR and PACS systems, collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive care, prepare patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and explain imaging processes to reduce anxiety. You will maintain and report equipment malfunctions to the Ultrasound Supervisor, ensure strict confidentiality, and promote patient privacy. You will respond to emergency situations with appropriate measures to safeguard patient well-being. Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (40 hours per week).

Requirements: Current, unrestricted Ultrasound Technologist license in any U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum 3 years of ultrasound experience in a clinical setting preferred. Proficiency with PACS and EHR systems, particularly Oracle/Cerner. Strong ethical standards aligned with nationally recognized professional organizations.
