Job Description

: Provides support to Project Managers and other team members and need to manage projects from start to end Will be involved in Task Tracking, Administrative, Project Reporting and Follow-Up Will be also involved in developing marketing collaterals (e.g., annual summaries, proposal packets, one-pagers - in short material) Required Healthcare Claims Insurance Domain Experince Responsibilities include

: Task Tracking:

Monitor and update project tasks to ensure timely completion. Administrative Support: Deliver organized and detail-oriented assistance for day-to-day project operations.

Project Reporting:

Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports with attention to detail.

Communication:

Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders and team members.

Follow-Up:

Proactively track outstanding items and ensure timely resolution. Creative Problem-Solving: Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and enhance project outcomes.

Writing:

Draft high-quality documentation, reports, and correspondence that reflect clarity and professionalism. Deliverable

: Develop and update core communication and marketing materials. (e.g., annual summaries, proposal packets, one-pagers, and organizational identity messaging). Create and implement strategies for new initiatives and programs. (including rollout plans and communication strategies for major organizational priorities). Maintain and enhance stakeholder and leadership profiles. (e.g., union profiles, leader profiles, and related resources). Analyze and refresh market and industry trend data.
