General Production Worker

Production Associate

Operate and monitor automated production lines in a clean, temperature-controlled facility. Responsibilities include loading materials, tracking quality, troubleshooting minor issues, and moving product with cranes and forklifts while meeting strict safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Stage and load raw materials into automated lines
• Set up and monitor machines using spec sheets and HMI screens
• Perform basic troubleshooting during operation
• Conduct in-process quality checks and document results
• Move finished products using overhead crane; operate forklift as needed
• Inspect, measure, and package finished goods
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and communicate updates

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 12-hour shifts (2/2/3 schedule)
• Comfortable with heights and industrial equipment
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read work instructions and work independently

Preferred

• Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience
• Forklift experience/certification
• Experience with inspections, hand tools, or troubleshooting

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.11 - $23.61/hr.
