We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our evening shift team.

Production Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.75 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 12:00am)

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare parts for shipment, ensuring high attention to detail.
• Efficiently load and unload trucks, adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain high accuracy and organization in all paperwork and physical inventory counts.
• Operate a sit-down forklift for material handling, transfers, and other related tasks.
• Utilize RF scanning devices and computer systems for inventory management, tracking, and data entry.
• Understand and strictly follow all work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to all Quality Assurance requirements (e.g., TS16949, IATF16949, ISO14001) and internal quality procedures.
• Perform departmental housekeeping duties and consistently maintain 5S standards.
• Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative teamwork environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and activities as assigned.
• Engage in recycling efforts for all allowed materials and items.
• Perform other duties as assigned by MTEA management to support operational needs.

Production Associate Qualifications:

• Proven experience and proficiency operating a sit-down forklift.
• Proficiency in using RF scanning devices for inventory management.
• Strong computer skills for data entry, system navigation, and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to understand and strictly follow complex work instructions and quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurate picking, packing, and inventory management.
• Willingness and ability to work mandatory overtime, including weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), as required by production schedules
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and safely.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift (8.5 hours) with intermittent walking.
• ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) computer systems.
• New hires will complete a mandatory 3-4 week training period on the first shift before transitioning to the assigned evening shift.
