This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for finance operations across the US and UK, while also leading HR, IT, and administrative functions. What You’ll Do Lead all finance and accounting functions in the US and UK. Oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Manage treasury, cash flow, tax compliance, and insurance programs. Provide strategic insights on profitability, pricing, and business performance. Guide HR operations including payroll, benefits, and 401(k) plan oversight. Oversee IT systems and ERP strategy to support growth. Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-border finance team. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred). 10+ years in senior finance leadership (manufacturing/engineering/industrial a plus). Strong knowledge of GAAP and UK financial reporting. Proven experience managing cross-border teams and multi-entity operations. ERP systems and process improvement experience.
