As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brian Cover - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.

• Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses (must be able to obtain)
• Bilingual Mandarin Chinese or Spanish preferred.
